We want you to feel comfortable and confident in your Knix products, which is why we offer a 30-day return or exchange window on most items to ensure you find your perfect fit. Please note that for hygienic reasons, certain items marked as final sale or opened intimate apparel may not be eligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging, then drop off the parcel at any authorized Canada Post location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 7-10 business days.
